We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Having been in this situation, I feel you, ita, and I hope that they can come up with a viable solution.

Can you get him to write a 3 month supply, and get it through a mail-prescription? My parent's do that; I did it for Ambien, and it's a controlled sub. That way you could at least schedule an appt. at 2 months and a week to get a refill written for when you needed it next?

Post-dated written refills? Is that possible? (I don't even know, but it seems sensible.)

I got the cheeseburger and a strawberry shake. And now I'm way too full. Shoulda skipped the burger entirely.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Post-dated written refills? Is that possible?

At this point I don't even see why he doesn't fill it for a consistent number of weeks each time.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

tiggy, I found these [link] but they are not in the US.

tiggy, could it be Rollasole? [link]

Unless you really them to be metallic-y, I'd recommend getting a pair of tramp shoes. [link] They're just as portable and, well, they're not made of plastic. And I suspect they'd hold up better than something marketed as "disposable." I have a pair I use for on planes & as back-up slippers.

still not quite the ones i saw. damn, there are a lot of "disposable" shoes. i had no idea! i wanted something a little dressy that won't look so obvious that i'm going the comfort route.
