I tend to drink red wines in the 8- 15 dollar range, whites in the 10 - 20 dollar range - so at 25 dollars for reds I'd be guessing but I was pleased to see my new favorite (Folie A Deux's Menage a Trois Red ) mentioned.

As you might have seen, I was up 'til 4am last night. Good god. Kinda woke up hourly from 8 on this morning... Finally got up around 11. Gotta stop doing this to myself.

Well, it is a retirement community on the edge of the Tenderloin, but still.
Things have definitely calmed down, but no one has been brought out yet.
I think the shots I heard were police shots, but there were a lot of them in succession (and I immediately ran into the bathroom just in case so I'm a bit fuzzy on what I heard).
ETA: And, the news cameras are here. The progression is fascinating.
That's too too much excitement. A woman was shot to death after stabbing several cops a couple of blocks away on my street a month or two ago, and we got lots of news copters buzzing around overhead for the next several hours. Like they could actually see something beneath all the trees.
