I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."
I've discovered (the hard way) that the key to avoiding this (for the most part) is to drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water, post massage.
I thought I did. Clearly, not enough water, or I didn't give up the information about the secret Russian spy ring soon enough.
