I've discovered (the hard way) that the key to avoiding this (for the most part) is to drink lots and lots and lots and lots of water, post massage.

Wow. The plane just disintegrating into flame and debris, terrifying. The photo of the plane with the nose about two feet from the ground is frightening, too, in a whole different way.
