Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My plans include the movies (if I can get my ass moving in the morning, which seems unlikely at this point), celebration of my grandmother's birthday Part 1, and lots of salad.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I did not like salad until I was an adult. I still don't like raw (or even intact cooked) tomatoes. I even tried one...maybe a year ago? Not a fan.

Well, he has left reluctantly with his three police buddies. One of the cops told us he has been banned from the County by a judge, which is generally not a good sign. Also, he seems to have VOLUNTEERED this fact to them.

Seriously, if the guy had asked for guest access and not talked about his jail-ish activities, he could have used the computer happily for 2 hours. No need to play up the bad-guy stuff, dude!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Our going our of town plans fell through because of time and money, everyone's favorite villains. I am bummed.

So, sitting in the hot sun at 10 am to see a kiddie play (our son is a performer) and then...dunno. Maybe to the waterpark? Petting zoo? Despicable Me?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Tell me about Halloween in NO, please? Good/bad/way over my head?

Good. Not over your head at all. There is plenty to do, but I never found it to be OMGWTF crazy.

I will be lucky if I am able to take a trip for years after India, and that makes me sad. But, apparently, plans are afoot and we may be in buckle down mode for a while.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

well, it was just the one garage sale open at 6:30. Anyhoo, we weren't there at 6:30, not until closer to 8. It is 9:40 now and we have been to three sales and stopped for a break at grandma and grandad's. We've gotten 2 barstools (that I will need to sand and repaint), a toy for mac, and a dallas cowboy insulated cup for me. WHOOT!

Movers called and our stuff should be here Monday. Am very excited. Less excited that my boss did not approve my timesheet and I will not get pay for this period until next payday. FAIL! BOSS! Am also not excited that people keep emailing me from work asking me things. JUST MOVED! AM ON VACATION! It helps that I am responding with Sorry, try this person, I am on vacation.

You need to get my husband to take you garage sale-ing. He is, no lie, the KING of garage sales.

Well, my CSA this week should be salad-tastic, with lettuce and tomatoes and I forget what. I also plan to make ground beef and green beans and rice with soy sauce. I'm not sure why that is what I need to do with the green beans, but it totally is.

One of the cops told us he has been banned from the County by a judge, which is generally not a good sign. Also, he seems to have VOLUNTEERED this fact to them.

Crime makes you stupid.
