Anyone have opinions on using a company (like Merry Maids) vs. a person or a small company?
I've been sketchy on the professional companies since reading Barbara Ehrenbach's Nickle and Dimed and her experiences with how they're set up.
I used a person back in Salem and she was awesome. She had insurance and bonding and whatnot (she had several cleaners in her employ)

WRT the video of how to open a wine bottle: My old machine here at work won't let me watch it, but it brought back memories of the time I was at a college party and didn't have a corkscrew handy.
