YouTube user 43287633 made a tiny functional cannon. It fires a little steel ball. The cannon is pretty effective, demolishing light bulbs, glasses, and punching holes through soda cans.
So mini he uses tweezers to put the cannon ball in....

Color me intrigued.
I had a very Buffista dinner. I made my faux-Caesar dressing (although with a real anchovy) and then had that with roasted veggies. (This roasted veggie thing has been a revelation. Tonight was aparagus and blue potatoes.)
I also blended up my strawberries leftover from last week's market run into a sort-of smoothie that I froze to be a very fruity sorbet.
And now I'm drinking a tasty cocktail made with the last of javachik's lemons.

Lisah, the helmets are a heavier than a lightweight street bike helmet, but I love mine so much. Noah has one similar in style but smaller. I want to get Grace one of the little nutty helmets. They make me happy (on the back it says, "I love my brain!")
I have decided I want this cake for my birthday: Heaven and Hell Cake. Sadly, I'll end up having to make it for myself.
