Growing up in So. Florida mahi was considered one of the most flavorful and delicate of the ocean fishes so I'd be careful about overdoing it. By which I mean, don't overcook and also don't overwhelm. It's very tasty as is, so I'd consider taking one of those strong flavors out.

The main thing is you've got some quality fish there and you don't need to tart it up too much. Think in terms of a couple of ingredients at most.
