Any suggestions or warnings?
Growing up in So. Florida mahi was considered one of the most flavorful and delicate of the ocean fishes so I'd be careful about overdoing it. By which I mean, don't overcook and also don't overwhelm. It's very tasty as is, so I'd consider taking one of those strong flavors out.
Maybe drop the cinnamon and sugar and just let the sweetness from the liquor stand? (The bananas are green, so they'll be more tart than sweet.)
Well, awesome. Home Internet has been crippled all day. One post here and five minutes later everything is good again.
Mahi Mahi is really good with a little dusting of cumin and toasted coconut flakes.

Something like that.

Or something like this.
The main thing is you've got some quality fish there and you don't need to tart it up too much. Think in terms of a couple of ingredients at most.
Thanks. It turns out the Buffistas are better than Time-Warner support.
Now that my Internet connection is back up, I can . . .pay bills
