Saturday is bike riding, on the trail from BWI down to Annapolis (for ice cream!) and back.
Oh, yay! For all your weekend plans, lisah, but I am obsessed with the idea of riding bikes to get ice cream lately, so extra yay to that in particular

I KNOW! We have a couple of training rides we do that are treat-centric. One is a pie ride that I had to miss this year, unfortunately.
I'm just really hoping that the rain prediction goes away. Or that is clearly pouring and going to keep pouring in the morning before we head down to the trail. Weather is so stressful this time of the year!

Oh, I wish all airlines would do this! Well, really, I wish that there was more room between seats so that if someone in front of me reclined back they aren't impeding on my space. That is maddening.
Yet another reason to Jet Blue (you can upgrade for more space for around $50.00, but they are pretty spacious already).

Dog Leads Alaska State Trooper To Fire (VIDEO)

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP)-- A dashcam video from the Alaska State Troopers shows a dog leading them through winding back roads to a blazing fire at his owners' property.
The video on the troopers' website shows the German shepherd running to meet the trooper's vehicle, then racing to the house on Caswell Lakes on April 4.
Troopers say Buddy and his owner, 23-year-old Ben Heinrichs, were in the family workshop when a heater ignited chemicals. Heinrichs told Buddy: "We need to get help."
The dog eventually found a trooper responding to a call about the fire.
The State Troopers are presenting a special award Friday to the dog. Buddy will receive an engraved silver-plated dog bowl in Anchorage.
Heinrichs suffered minor flash burns on his face. The workshop was destroyed, but only some window trim on the house was damaged.

I missed the Project Runway thanks to some technical fuck up on Comcast's part. I'm still not sure I understand why - but for some reason, despite having the digital cable box I can non longer see: TNT, Animal Planet, Food TV or Lifetime. All channels I'm supposed to get.
