Jayne (Husband): Oh, I think you might wanna reconsider that last part. See, I married me a powerful ugly creature. Mal (Wife): How can you say that? How can you shame me in front of new people? Jayne (Husband): If I could make you purtier, I would. Mal (Wife): You are not the man I met a year ago.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Nora, sad to say, there is no Trader Joe's in New Orleans. There are a couple of Whole Foods, though.

Well yeah, but so many other places to get your noms.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well yeah, but so many other places to get your noms.

Heh. Now I'm imagining a restaurant guide called Get Your Nom On.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What do you totally agree with, Jesse-the-cowgirl?

I knew I should have used bold instead of caps there. ita.

Ooh, I want to see The Losers too!

Intend to, lisah, as long as it isn't raining! Probably more about space than business. Apparently market real estate is cutthroat...

On SNAP.

...I actually didn't realize the Sox weren't doing well this year until last night. There still seem to be a lot of people going to the games!

Punishingly Intricate

Probably more about space than business.

Oh, no, they are friends with the market master (I think that's what he's called, the guy who manages everything) and it is people who sell baked goods there complaining that my friends' team, selling baked goods for charity, is stealing their business. I can kind of see their point but, you know, it's 3 markets out of the whole year and the money feeds people who really need the help.
