Holy cow, I think I like all condiments except sweet relish (except in thousand island) and I prefer brown to yellow mustard. I don't really eat raw onions because they make my mouth taste bad after but I like the taste while I'm eating them.
Oh! I know what I'm a condiment purist about--things that go on a cheesesteak! Fried onions, fried mushrooms, hots, ketchup. That's it.

Cheesesteaks should have shredded beef and lots of melted provolone and nothing else. Unless they're on garlic bread, which is also okay.

I used to be more into ketchup than I am now. Now I like ketchup with fries and that's about it, I think. I like mustard on hot dogs/sausage, along with grilled onions and sauerkraut if it's there and appropriate.
