It's still the holiday (2 more days left), so vacation, and that's good. It also means that there are 2 more days of matzot, which is less good.
[H is sitting next to me as I type, and is insulted in the name of all the matzot in the world. Then again, he likes them, so it figures.]
Suela, all the good that you did for your body isn't gone just because one (important, but still one) factor is not affected by it, right?

Steph, I am going to start being better about oatmeal, and do the crock pot full of steel-cut oats every week. I'd really like to avoid being put on medication for this, if possible. If that means oatmeal every day, so be it.
At least my HDL levels were good...

OMG, Jesse, that counter-Tea-Party Actual Tea Party protest is just about the best thing ever. If a similar opportunity ever comes up in the Bay Area I'm gonna be all over it like a thing that's all over another completely awesome thing.
