Uh, are we gonna fight, or is there just gonna be a monster sarcasm rally?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, Cash, you have got to frame that.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He did sign it "love, Owen"--that's got to count for something, right?

Oh, and it definitely needs to be hauled out when he's fifteen and when he's twenty-five and when he's thirty-five.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Holy CRAP, Cash. I think you should give him low carb bread and soy cheese every day for lunch as punishment.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Allyson, if it helps any, I got this note from Owen when I cleaned out his backpack this afternoon. WTF. He's FIVE. FIVE.

I like that on Flicker right underneath it says. Would you like to comment? As if I'm being asked to judge a 5 yr. old's perceived injustices.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

As if I'm being asked to judge a 5 yr. old's perceived injustices.

You could comment on his spelling....

Now tagless for your comfort.

I'm tucking this away for guilt material later. I'm extremely proud of his written communication skills. The early adolescence, not so much.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I can only imagine what rooined his life. From my experience as a 5 year old, I'm guessing it's something he thinks will make him a social outcast and pariah! for the rest of his life.

“Not dead yet!”

Yeah, I zeroed in on the "Love, Owen" part too. Although it can't feel good in the slightest. We're just still recovering from the first "I HATE YOOOOOOOOUUUUUU" from a few months ago.

I was stunned, but came back with, "Well, I don't like you much right now. Still love you, but like you? Nope. You're a pretty unlikable little twerp right now."

It immediately turned the fury into stunned disbelief.
