{{{msbelle}}} I have no words of wisdom. You continually amaze me and you have peaceful thoughts headed your way.

For all right minded people. Total fun.
msbelle, I am so sorry you are going through so much with him. FWIW, I've been there with the extreme anger and frustration. My mom continually tells me that these times pass, but it sure doesn't feel like it at the time. I sincerely hope that things improve soon. Calm and peaceful thoughts headed your way.
is it dreadful to wear black? [link]
::whimpers::
Unfortunately, I had that slammed into me how unimaginably tacky it is to wear black to a wedding. Every time I even think about it, I feel my mother hovering over my shoulder whispering how you might as well stand up during the service and shout you think the wedding won't last.
Frelling Old Country Tales, because I loves that dress I does.
Something about garden party makes me feel all F. Scott and Zelda I guess.
Yep. Me too.
Now... the top from this ensemble might work with that skirt from J. Peterman I linked to upthread.
Well nuts. My dad called and he's coming tomorrow. Probably for the best at this point.
And the reason for the trip? Apparently he's decided to give me his cat, at least for a while. And apparently I've decided not to protest? I don't know. I'm not sure what prompted all this.
Isn't that dress wonderful?
Some day I'll buy something from Victorian Trading, they're on my short list.
Pyramid collection isn't selling the one I wore to weddings last year anymore. It was beaded and guh.
Let me see if I can find a decent picture of me in it.

I think the first day of springness has made me dress happy.
Oh, msbelle, I'm sorry. I hope you all can work something out to deal with this.
I am supposed to usher tonight and I just can't. Still too sick.
Any of the Bay-Area-Istas want to see a free play at the Berkeley Rep? It's getting great reviews!

Oh, I remember that one now!
I will confess to really liking this halter dress. Reminds me a bit of a dressier Trixie and perhaps with a nice stole, it could work.
And I'm having a serious unholy love for this dress. I just have to remind myself that a) I am not 5'9" and reed thin, nor can I wear heels to give the illusion that I'm taller.
(And I think the print negates the black background.)
Oh, that Nightingale dress is lovely.
