No firebombing. I don't have bail money for ya.
I forgot to add the part of my prezzie that had me cackling like a mad woman. Three, count them THREE bottles of green nail polish!!! Slightly different shade and nothing that duplicates the greens I already have. WOOOOT. I think I know what I'm doing tomorrow.
Thanks again!
I don't have bail money for ya.
We should really establish a group fund. I'm just saying.
Lord knows we already have all the lawyers.
I could...write the press releases, back off the tabs.
"Once again, no fucking comment...did I stutter? Ok, then."
I have to admit I love what Grenier does to paparrazzi...he lectures them about recycling and sustainable living...Obama, whatever's on his mind at that moment, figuring he's not the only captive for that two minutes.
Amy - I was putting my loot away and just wanted to say how much you made me smile. I think that means the most, ya know?
I have been pretty lucky with the exchange the last few years - both my gifties and my santas have been WONDERFUL. This is the first time, in a while, I had a giftie I haven't met - the vibrant Jars.
I am SO glad the first package got there, even if it took well over a month.
I was putting my loot away and just wanted to say how much you made me smile.
::blushes::
I like to spread happy where I can.
I know this isn't exactly the right place for it, but I just have to say that megan walker is a gift giving NINJA. Drew and I arrived tonight at our favorite little getaway, a tiny boutique hotel/spa in Desert Hot Springs, to celebrate my birthday and our first Valentines as a married couple. A little back story--the last time I was here was with the sneaky megan walker just before Thanksgiving. She and I used this as our base as we explored Joshua Tree and the surrounding area. Anyway, when we were here, I went on at great lengths about the amazingly soft sheets they use--sheets from a tiny company that only sells to hotels and inns--and bemoaned having to return to my own, sadly deficient, sheets when we left. Well we walked into our inn room tonight, and guess what is sitting next to the bed? Our very own set of sheets with a card from mw! She arranged to have the owners buy us a set and leave them--along with the card I assume she must have mailed ahead of time--in our room as a wedding present.
Gift. Giving. Ninja!
Thank you, mw! I made a squeeing sound and jumped up and down when I realized what they were and who they were from. You are the best!
I keep waiting for her to pop out of the wardrobe and yell "Surprise!"
