Seska, there's still mail (and UPS, FedEx, etc) delivery today. It's only 9 AM on the East Coast. Have faith!
Mine, however, won't be going out until Boxing Day, at the soonest.
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2009? Don't think we've forgotten about you

It recently dawned on me that I get a gifty too, and I positively ache with anticipation.
I swear every year when that box arrives it somehow comes as a total surprise. It's become one of my favorite parts of Christmas.
I HAVE MY PRESENT! And I am sorry I do not know real name to board name. BUT, I am not opening until tomorrow, because it will be only present for Christmas morning, mac and I will have more in the afternoon when we go to my brother's.
And since mac is now insisting on his presents today, I am not sure even he will have anything tomorrow.
rambling, sorry.
The point is THANK YOU!!!
Yay, Clovis! (Please remember me kindly after the world take over, assuming you beat out my nephew's robot army.) I'm at my sister's place in MI until Saturday afternoon, so if my Secret Santa present has been delivered I probably wouldn't know. It'll give me something to look forward to when I get back home after Christmas. But if my Santa is waiting on my reaction, it's not that I'm unhappy with the gift, it's just geography getting in the way of me appreciating it just yet.

This is me, except MA not MI, and Sunday not Saturday.
Safe travels, Buffistas who are travelling, and Happy Holidays for those of you that celebrate something. With that, I am out of here until next week.
DEAR MY AWESOME SECRET SANTA:
I miss Chicago too! I love the colour-coordinatedness of this all, especially the brilliant notepad! That will remain on my desk all year round, for scribbling accounting babble and murder mysteries and grocery lists on. I can't wait to go home and try the sour cherry liqueur, and though I'm very sad one of the nifty little glasses broke, I will cherish the other. And the book made me laugh out loud in the office lobby!
THANK YOU!!
Yay, it got there! Thank goodness it was a glass that broke and not the bottle. You'll just have to come back to pick up the matching glass. t hint
Oooh, incentives. I like incentives! Thank you, Brenda. ::mwah::
