a) she LOVES Fox News. b) she doesn't know what NPR is
(a) wouldn't necessarily be a dealbreaker - people change, tastes evolve.
(b), OTOH - WTF? That seems like she's putting an awful lot of effort into staying ignorant.
'Out Of Gas'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Wow, not even Car Talk?

Though if she's one of the people who think every other news source is in the pockets of the liberals, that could be an issue.
Omnis, unless you feel that you have enough in common to make up for the differences, I'd say cancel.
happy birthday Pix and Marie
O_a, run. People can change, but don't count on it; she can get back to you when she does.
Happy birthday, Kristin and Maria!
Happy Birthday, Kristin and Maria!!!
Omnis, do you have one issue that's a dealbreaker? Like if she denies climate change? I personally prefer to put that stuff out there right from the beginning, especially after my last relationship.
I'll also share with you my two new mantras for dating:
1) Trust your gut
2) Don't settle
Thanks! I am having the BEST birthday morning. I woke up to an amazingly sweet card from my DH, I've gotten tons of sweet messages here and on Facebook, and I got to school and found my classroom door decorated by students (they decorate each other's lockers for birthdays traditionally), a cake on my desk with "Happy Burthday, Ms. T.!", an awesome card from my friend/colleague, and then my department chair came by with a birthday BALLOON!
I am so lucky to have such amazing people in my life.
Happy Birthday, Maria, sorella!
