I think I have exploded my brother in law's head. I hope I haven't broken him. He's a good man, and I'm very glad he married my sister.
I think I am in the process of convincing him that he needs to reconsider his belief that homosexuality is a sin. I think I'm getting to him, thanks to Kristin Chenoweth and Fred Phelps.

Heh. I think he'd laugh, but blush at the F-bomb. He knows who Fred Phelps is, and thinks he's disgusting. My BiL is a really good guy.

I'm less concerned if any of my Christian friends think homosexuality is a sin, provided they remember it's not our place to point out people's sins. We shouldn't even be noticing them; we (Christians, that is) are each supposed to concentrate on our own. My pride, or hatred, or blah is no cleaner than someone else's stuff.
Steph, matt and I were talking about you and Tim the other day - and family issues . We are so happy that you found Tim , because you seem to have also found a family that loves you , just as you . Now after reading about you r FIL's words, I know it is true.
My mom had an exchange with my uncle after I pushed her to call (why, after bullying my dad to follow his instincts and visit, she hadn't called despite my dad being a lousy source of info, I don't know. Well, I do, but.)
