I am a big fan of tea, strong, Earl Grey, hot...
But I like my iced tea much weaker, and I even drink instant.

I recently discovered that there's something weird about my sweetness sensors. I tend to drink my coffee with a scant teaspoon of sugar in it. It doesn't taste particularly sweet to me, the sugar just neutralizes the bitter. But when a friend who drinks her coffee with just milk tried it she, she went on and on about how overly sweetened it tasted. And another friend once in college had the same reaction.
I found it odd both times. I don't like what tastes like overly sweet coffee to me, like those flavored creamers, so I was surprised that my coffee tasted so sweet to them. They both said "how much sugar do you put in it?" and were surprised when I said "one teaspoon." So my current theory is that their tongues taste sweet better than mine does. I've always had a preference for savory over sweet. Maybe I can taste it better?
Is it okay to take Tylenol and Advil together? I sure hope so, because I just spaced out and did exactly that. Somebody tell me if I need to go barf. Preferably before I eat this bacon.
I like mayo. A sandwich is not as good without a liberal swipe of mayo. I also like sweet tea, but it often arrives much too sweet, these days.
Leo the Cat is in the bathroom whining loudly. He wants me to come turn on the water in the sink for him. As if he doesn't have *two* full water bowls.
I hate sweetened tea with a passion, and I totally get shit for it because I'm southern. Hating sweet tea has made me bitter because I can't get bottled unsweetened tea. Whole Foods used to carry this [link] , I think, but I can't find it anymore.
Tylenol and Advil together is fine. I've done it plenty of times.
I like my tea with whiskey in it. I like my iced tea plain. But if there's sweetener in it, I need enough lemon to make it essentially lemonade at which some tea has been wafted.
Zenkitty, don't worry about taking Tylenol and Advil together. I've done it plenty of times too--on purpose even.

Me too. To elaborate, Advil is an NSAID, and you can take Tylenol with pretty much any NSAID. What you don't want to do is to mix NSAIDS (pretty much any OTC pain reliever other than Tylenol). You may find that the two together work better than either alone.
Buffistas: enabling OTC drug use since ... whenever.
I don't like tea in general, so it doesn't matter if the tea is sweet or not, I'm having water.
I like mayo, and think that miracle whip is the sweat of Satan. It's WAY too sweet.
