[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

(((smonster)))

I know it's hard but it's the right thing.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

And for what it's worth, smonster, I don't feel judgmental at all. Just concern for you. I'm sorry you have to go through such an emotionally wrenching experience.

Thrive to spite them

So, I got a call from the doctor's office at lunch.

The CT Scan was normal. The nurse was confused when I did not sound happy about this -- I told her I'm still having pain!!! And then was confused when I wanted to make a follow up appointment with the doctor.

So I'll see him on 11:15 am Tuesday. I'm going to write up everything and talk to him about what's going on and what my options are. Because of my history with kidney/bladder problems I really think it's related to that.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

smonster, baby, I'm coming in a little late, but I wouldn't judge you in a million years -- I'm just glad you've got amyth and Calli and all the remote love of the Buffistae coming at you.

askye, I'm wishing *very* hard for you to have some kind of an answer, and soon!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Ugh, find-out-soon-ma to you, askye.

Smonster, I am sorry. Wine and friends. Wine and friends.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

smonster, baby, I'm coming in a little late, but I wouldn't judge you in a million years

For the record, I would judge you if it meant I GOT TO BITE YOU MORE!!!!!

Smonster was naughty? Judge judge judge! Om nom nom!

Hmm, Trudy has a point.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

smonster, I'm sorry the thing didn't go the way you hoped it would. But good for you, getting it done anyhow. Try not to read his emails! And, damn, if the man won't drive across town to a woman's house to try and win her back, he doesn't deserve her.

Also, nom.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

askye, I'm not just saying this because *I* have it (you know how, when someone gets diagnosed with something, they think that everyone has it? my dad used to do it with heart disease all the time -- I'd say I was tired [at age 21] and he'd say, in Eeyore-voice, that *he* thought it was probably heart disease and I should see a cardiologist -- not that 21-year-olds can't have heart disease, and given my family history it's possible, but he wasn't the most reliable diagnosticator, you know?), but I'm wondering if your pain is gastrointestinal, like IBS or IBD.

I'm only wondering because I had a lot of pain last year in the pelvic area, so I assumed it was ladyparts-related. I got the dildocam ultrasound, and nothing. And then it turned out to be IBS.

I'm really not trying to be like my dad and diagnose you with what I have, but the symptoms are similar-ish, although your description of it the other night (a "spherical" pain, I think, plus didn't you say it kind of goes down your hip/thigh?) wasn't similar to my gastrointestinal issues. But some of the other symptoms are, so since nothing else is showing up on tests, maybe that's something to talk to your doctor about.
