Shir, first of all that's disgraceful. Are you supposed to go around town in a burqua or something? Second, a number of the Hollaback sites (we have one for DC) let you post photos of offenders - maybe if women started making these guys' faces public it might discourage them ... at least from causing actual physical injury.
