I'm charging my iPod. The oral surgeon said that I can listen to it while he's taking out my tooth. What's good tooth music? The only thing I've decided on is Stevie Nicks to start with, because that's been my "calm down and don't think about the pain" music for a while now.
I totally rec the use of iPods during dental work. I put on a playlist where I really like every song. Or I just put on entire albums that I love.
Web pages *should* be better than that, dang it.
The Internet isn't all free, nor should it be.
This was the point I was trying to make. Some things are written to be actual information, some are commercials to get you to buy the actual information.

Ah, yes. The misleadingly named "magic mouthwash." Usually there's an antifungal in there too. I have swished way too much of it. I always end up biting some part of my numbed mouth. I complained to a doctor once about that, and he responded, "Just don't do that." If only I thought it he was joking.

This is a broadcast of Britain's Missing Top Model, yes? I saw half of one episode. What I saw wasn't particularly exploitative (although it was dull as a dishcloth with no soap on that's been lying in mucky water in the sink for a week). Otherwise, Hil is me.

I don't know what to do with myself today. Although I do have to write an essay at some point (2000 words - not sure I can write that little after 12,000 - it's an introduction...) and I have a doctor's appt. Also, I have to take The Girl to her blood test appt. They make her pass out. She has sedatives. I will be walking her home. Heh.

Tooth is gone. Extraction wasn't bad at all. Now the Novocaine is starting to wear off. I've got a prescription for Vicodin if I need it.
Biting on gauze is getting annoying.
A wet teabag will help stop the bleeding, or so one dentist told me, but the annoying factor is still high.
