You're right. He's evil. But you should see him naked. I mean really!

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It's pretty and the people are lovely, if a bit reserved. Looking out over the Danube from Fisherman's Bastion made me teary. Plus you get two cities in one, croweded, bustling Pest and hilly, historic Buda. Metro is easy-peasy even for a novice like me. Still pretty inexpensive for Europe, and the food was amazing. There's tons to do even if you don't find a wandering party!

I could go on.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I love the story Levar Burton tells of the time he invited Dorn onto Reading Rainbow to read "Chicken Little" to the kids. When he intoned the words, "The sky is falling!", the kids practically peed their pants in terror over such a disaster.

I would love to see that.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Note to self:

Chicken thighs at 6 o'clock.

In the oven. now off to mow the unfortunately 2 ft grass in the back yard...

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I also had an excellent time in Budapest. When I was there about ten years ago, it was much less touristy than Prague. Don't know how much that has changed.

I think I'm getting a cold. Do. Not. Want.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

SHOOEZ! Love. How high does the back of the heel come up? I have heel issues. But I do love me some Docs.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Liese, it's kind of hard for me to judge that with my leg braces, but it doesn't seem to come up that high.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The people I knew on the East Coast with second houses, had places that were uninhabitable in the winter.

Yeah, my family's place in Canada is a non-winterized log cabin. So it sits empty when we're not there because it's under three feet of snow with no heating or insulation.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I think Fay lived in Budapest for a bit.

You should see Wings of Desire before you go to Berlin.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I just saw The Lives of Others. Does that count?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Both are excellent movies. I heard The Lives of Others was being remade in the US. That makes no sense to me.

We're watching a shows about wine so I went to make myself a glass only to find I had used all my wine glasses to make jello! I am now enjoying wine in a POM tea glass.
