'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

We used to pin the boys down and kiss them because they hated it.

Girls never did that to me.

They still don't.

Maybe if you could convince them that you'd hate it?

"Please, Brer FoxPretty Girl, whatever you do, don't throw me in that briar patchkiss the daylights out of me!

Some of ma Bitches goin' through tough stuff the last few days. Uncool, Universe, knock it off! {{{Bitches}}}

eta: Sorry Shir, much as I'd love to give fashion advice, work blocks pretty much every photo medium known to man.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

This is weird to me--it is raining here, and only supposed to be 57 today. I'm hoping it gets nicer soon, because all sorts of people are coming in this weekend for the show I'm in! From all over!

The car on the way home said 100. Feel free to take it. I don't want it.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Recently, NC's had my favorite kind of weather—cool, gray, with lots of thunderstorms. It'll be heading up to the sunny, muggy 90s tomorrow, but that's summer in NC.

brillig

mid-70s for the next couple of weeks. In about three weeks, we should start hitting the 90s+.

Do not want.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

We've been in the 80s and 90s for the past few days. I need to find some shorts that are packed away somewhere.

On the plus side, my apartment is a block and a half from the lake, so my place has not been too hot (depending on the wind direction, it can be 10 degrees cooler by the lake).

We're headed to Mom's beach house for the long weekend this weekend, thank goodness. It should be much cooler there thanks to the ocean breeze.

Compassionately intolerant

Weather.com tells me it's 90, but FEELS like 91. Oh, the disparity!

I took my 3 o'clock nap at 1, but didn't really sleep. The poor pooch is panting periodically. Still, I'm resisting turning on the air. It's not sooo bad.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Shir, I'll be around to look at pictures, for a little while.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Well, in case anyone would like to advise (for limited time only, etc., and yes, this was shot using the shower mirror - I have no mirrors in my room): [link] [link]

(I believe you should be able to see these if you're my friend on Flickr).

I just can't make up my mind about the while fluffy front. Plus, asking you guys is helping me to procrastinate better.

Edit: thanks, WindSparrow!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I think it's adorable!
