Calli- tons of health~ma for your b-i-l.
Willow ,'Never Leave Me'
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Health~ma, Calli. Hope they figure it out.
ma~~~ to your BIL, Calli
~ma to your BiL, Calli.
erin_o, your house looks great, for all the work you have been putting into it.
I may have made a tactical error. I just made a couple sweet potato pies, and essentially made the filling the same way I did the pumpkin pie, minus the walnuts. And now I'm looking at actual sweet potato pie recipes for cooking temp. and time, and see that most have butter in them. Oops, no butter in mine.
I bet it's still good. Come to think of it, my mom makes all her sweet potato dishes with no butter and they are always delicious.
you can send one to me for taste testing.
ION - seems my day off has developed quotes, and will now be a "Day Off", in which I work from home. Ugg. I need down time.
The pie is definitely tasty, but I can certainly see how a bit of butter might enhance the flavor further. Which is, of course, why whipped cream is so important now.
Poor omnis. I hope you get a chance for true relaxation soon.
Whipped cream, as it so often does, seems like a good idea, WS.
You are way overdue for time off, o_a. Hope you have a real day off with no quotes very soon!
So, having removed six splinters from between my pinky finger nail and the quick, from what is now a 2mm by 3mm pocket between them, I find that efforts to retrieve the seventh and largest seem to be driving it further in rather. I've been making use of the medicinal frozen corn, and that has yet to be of any help other than to reduce the amount of pain. Would it be ok, do you think, to just let it go, growing out with the nail for... well... least a month, maybe more... and then remove the splinter? I dosed the finger well with Solarcaine and rubbing alcohol.
