Erin, it helps doing a version of ACC with a different director. This version of the show is much nicer, and the director is a ton better. Sorry you are still having nightmares.

erin_o, your house looks great, for all the work you have been putting into it.
I may have made a tactical error. I just made a couple sweet potato pies, and essentially made the filling the same way I did the pumpkin pie, minus the walnuts. And now I'm looking at actual sweet potato pie recipes for cooking temp. and time, and see that most have butter in them. Oops, no butter in mine.

The pie is definitely tasty, but I can certainly see how a bit of butter might enhance the flavor further. Which is, of course, why whipped cream is so important now.
