Happiest of weddings, Erin! Looking forward to the pictures!
'Get It Done'
Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
ERIN'S GETTING MARRIED TODAY!!!!!
WUV.
TWU WUV.
I'm planning on hyphenating my last name when we get married. I want to keep my last name because of my dad, but at the same time it would be nice to have a slightly less common surname.
ERIN'S GETTING MARRIED TODAY!!!!!
No way!
Erin! I throw virtual rose petals at you!
I just made the appointment to get fitted for my new improved ankle brace. It took a few phone calls to get to the right place, since my doctor had just told me National Rehab, and there are about 15 National Rehab locations in the city, but only one of them makes this particular kind of brace. Anyway, earliest appointment I could get was May 5.
Ugh, Hil. I hope the month flies by and the new brace helps.
Does anyone know what day Erin is getting married? I can't really tell...
Been catching up, it's obvious my first post today should be
Congrats, Erin! Have a good wedding!
And, you know, "ever after" too.
Hoping Erin is having a spectacular wedding day!
Being queer it's even more of a thing...both keep names? Find a new name together? She takes mine? I take hers? (Of course, FIND a girl first...). I like the idea of having the same name since it's more of a "we can has family!" signifier, but...
Yeah, we did not change our last names and had planned on hyphenating them for Shane, but it would have made for a really long last name for him (and one more way for him to stand out in a crowd). So my last name is his middle name and he has DW's last name. I figured since he came out of me, there's no question I'm his Mama, so having DW's last name is a way to let everyone know he's hers, too.
