Mal: So we run. Nandi: I understand, Captain Reynolds. You have your people to think of, same as me. And this ain't your fight. Mal: Don't believe you do understand, Nandi. I said 'we run'. We.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

ita, an entry for the wet men page [link]

His name is Tom Hopper.

Vortex - one year or the term of the lease, which is two years?

didn't realize the lease was two years, I'd go for the term of the lease, maybe be willing to accept only one year.

Trust my rage

Vortex, since you are handing out legal advice, so you (or anyone else) know a criminal attorney who works in Northern Virginia? I have a friend whose 19 yo daughter was convicted of 2 misdemeanors 1-2 years ago and is looking to expunge her record.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Do you need an attorney for that? I know that in California you just submit a piece of paper to the court.

I, uh, read that somewhere. Yeah.

Ahem.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Usually I love the wet men; I wonder why that pic kind of bugged me? Something about his eyes made it feel exploitative maybe.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

You guys, my little company's product (ooooh, now that I think of it, I should get the capsaicin molecule tattoo) is now available!

Rock! I shall tell P.

Realtor replied with:

Most associations cover the water and sewer in the association fees. This one does not. I do not know what the charges are for this. I will call the current tenant and see what she has had to pay and let you know.

Not the point. I don't care what the association ACTUALLY covers, I care about what YOU SAID they cover. And I already called the water company by way of not being an idiot.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I don't care what the association ACTUALLY covers, I care about what YOU SAID they cover.

Seriously - does she not understand that she gave you wrong information???

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Can you pull out of this agreement and find another place to live? When are you supposed to be moving?

I think she does. She's just trying to avoid saying "I made a mistake". I suspect she wants Aimee to say first "well, then, we aren't moving".

Do you need an attorney for that? I know that in California you just submit a piece of paper to the court.

I have no idea, but that would be really nice and easy. My friend asked me and I was like a) not my area and b) not my state. But this friend's daughter is now living in England so she might need some help getting it done.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Back from second date: nah. Ain't gonna happen.

I'll break the news to him later. Would have done it in person (and he's a good guy, so he deserves "in person" and "not over the phone") but it was hardly the place to do it.
