[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love that! I adore my caffeince molecule earrings.

You guys, my little company's product (ooooh, now that I think of it, I should get the capsaicin molecule tattoo) is now available! It's so exciting to be part of this from before we applied to be marketed anywhere, through approvals, and now sales. (And yeah, the stupid Polar Bear is being used on all marketing materials, but I don't care.)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

The client wouldn't come down on the rent when we asked for rent reduction for a long term lease. I have a feeling that will be the answer if I were to ask about it this time as well.

How much does water cost?

According to the water company about $50 - $70 every two months, depending on the month.

We worked out the money on this to the penny because Joe's unemployment is finally gone since congress didn't pass the new bill before the Easter break. He's job searching, but Lord knows how long that will take. We based everything on my salary alone which would have been tight, but so totally worth it.

Yeah, I understand. I just didn't know how much $ water cost there. I pay about $120-160 every 6 weeks for water/sewer. We have been living in drought circumstances here, though, so our water is very expensive.

I think that this is a different situation, but I would focus on getting remedy from the realtor, not the client. It's not the client's fault that the realtor misrepresented the terms. The realtor should take care of it. You could also ask for a lump payment of $600 (water for the year).

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

The realtor should do something. The willingness to fix their error will be a major factor in them finding new client

Vortex - one year or the term of the lease, which is two years?
