Yeah, I understand. I just didn't know how much $ water cost there. I pay about $120-160 every 6 weeks for water/sewer. We have been living in drought circumstances here, though, so our water is very expensive.

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
The client wouldn't come down on the rent when we asked for rent reduction for a long term lease. I have a feeling that will be the answer if I were to ask about it this time as well.
I think that this is a different situation, but I would focus on getting remedy from the realtor, not the client. It's not the client's fault that the realtor misrepresented the terms. The realtor should take care of it. You could also ask for a lump payment of $600 (water for the year).
The realtor should do something. The willingness to fix their error will be a major factor in them finding new client
Vortex - one year or the term of the lease, which is two years?
ita, an entry for the wet men page [link]
His name is Tom Hopper.

didn't realize the lease was two years, I'd go for the term of the lease, maybe be willing to accept only one year.
Vortex, since you are handing out legal advice, so you (or anyone else) know a criminal attorney who works in Northern Virginia? I have a friend whose 19 yo daughter was convicted of 2 misdemeanors 1-2 years ago and is looking to expunge her record.
Do you need an attorney for that? I know that in California you just submit a piece of paper to the court.
I, uh, read that somewhere. Yeah.
Ahem.
Usually I love the wet men; I wonder why that pic kind of bugged me? Something about his eyes made it feel exploitative maybe.
You guys, my little company's product (ooooh, now that I think of it, I should get the capsaicin molecule tattoo) is now available!
Rock! I shall tell P.

Most associations cover the water and sewer in the association fees. This one does not. I do not know what the charges are for this. I will call the current tenant and see what she has had to pay and let you know.
Not the point. I don't care what the association ACTUALLY covers, I care about what YOU SAID they cover. And I already called the water company by way of not being an idiot.
