Happy Birthday Laura!
I went to work, I still am procrastinating and sucking at it, But I got some stuff done and I'm getting more done.
I ate semi healthy so far today. I was happier when I was just the Receptionist and didn't have these extra responsibilities but I'm stuck with them.
I really think that overall I'd be happy being a receptionist. Is that wrong? My job is more receptionist/office support, but until I got these responsibilities with numbers and money there weren't pressing deadlines or anything that really stressed me out too bad. It feels like I'm being lazy to say that.
Aims and Joe -- you guys are not failures as parents. You really aren't. I was talking to my co worker today about her son and he just turned 11 but they had been trying to figure out why he was struggling in school for several years. And my coworker was saying she wishes they had figured this out and gotten him on meds sooner.
Also, he wasn't a strong reader and didn't like reading until recently when he discovered Harry Potter and the book -- the Lightning Thief series. But he's extremely artistic and excels at drawing and music.
About the fat people and doctors attitudes. I read today about a study about normal weight obese people. Basically people who fall within the normal weight range on the BMI but have a high enough body fat to classify them as obese.
It only briefly touched on the fact that people who are classified as overweight on the BMI can not be obese based on body fat measurements.

Well, I was sitting in tech rehearsals by 6 PM yesterday, and I'm back in tech rehearsals right now.
I'm mostly feeling okay, just keeping my fingers crossed that I can avoid any meals that will trigger another attack.

And, it's not a constant thing. Depending on how the stones sit, sometimes I can eat ___ with no problem, and then the next time, pain, gas, and sprints to the loo. YRMV.
