does punctuation go INSIDE the ) or outside the )?
According to my university: English - inside, Hebrew - outside (as I'm used to write). They mostly follow Chicago Manual of Style.

Who gives a fuck about the Oxford comma?
Oh dear lord, people, do whatever you want but be consistent in the effing document.
