Mal: Gotta say, doctor, your talent for alienatin' folk is near miraculous. Simon: Yes, I'm very proud.

Swouncing

Skipping (my computer still refuses to talk to the scary internet, so I'm on my *other* roommate's computer (um, other roommate - nobody here has two computers), while seriously wondering wether this is my old computer's cry for help and me sending it to retirement already and just getting a new one, and where was I? Oh, right).

Skipping because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Kat's birthday.

Happy birthday, Kat! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

Happy today birthday, Kat!

I hope Mona is all better now. She's lucky to have humans who are so good to her.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I think I've recently missed most of the bday's. Happy days to all.

Today esp to Kat.

I feel like blogging about the whole bedbug nightmare, but then I'd want it to be anonymous and not sure that one could. a good chunk of my life will be in plastic bags by the end of the day. gallon sized bags hold outfits by days for both mac and myself he will keep out 90% of his active wardrobe, me more like 50%). linens except for 2 sets each will be put away after washing. all throw pillows are getting the hour in the dryer on high treatment and going into airtight plastic bags.

This morning Peter decided to pour out a gallon of orange juice into the bottom of the fridge. I was grinding coffee and heard "glug glug glug" and looked over just as the last cup was coming out.

Neither of my kids have ever been that kind of kid before, for which I am very thankful. I hope this does not augur a new phase for Peter.

(PS David - we are reading the Totoro book every day.)
