Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

That is great news, Tep. Well done!

Is there anything cooler than The Strange Case of the Missing Corpse? Probably not. A color promo for the Avengers as they moved to the U.S. tv schedule, with the only shots of Ms. Peel's catsuit in color.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Diana Rigg was so incredibly hot. Love her!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, msbelle, are we still on for Sunday? Also, do you have any wood glue? I want to fortify my Ikea dresser.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Yay, Teppy!!!!

I'm working my way there, as well. One more year, and I should have my car paid off, my last credit card wiped out (I'll probably have that taken care of by the end of this year), and finally be able to start putting money into the company-provided 401(k), which currently only has what the company has put into it for the past 17 years (instead of matching my deposit, they put in a percentage of my salary).

Oh, and start saving for buying my own place instead of renting, which will hopefully happen sometime before I retire in 25 years.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is there anything cooler than The Strange Case of the Missing Corpse?

Heh. Some of that dialog reminded me of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Yay Teppy! You are my role model!

(I hope to be in the same position in a year or two, when I pay off the last of my student loans.)

Be warned: your pets will be incredibly blase about it.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Yes Jesse, I can be there about 1, maybe a bit earlier. And I do have wood glue and will try to rememeber to bring it (putting a reminder in bberry now).

Teppy inspired me to check cc balances and to submit some reimbursables.

Awesome! I may actually have it myself, and will let you know tomorrow!

Play this for them: Meow Mix Cat Music Video by Cyriak

Cyriak has created “Meow Mix, a bizarre music video using audio and video from his cat. Obviously this sort of thing has been done a million times before, but Cyriak’s video is a little more… visually intense… than most videos. Cyriak has also made the mp3 file available for download.

If you hate cats and you happen to be on LSD, you probably shouldn't watch this....

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Yay, Steph! It's certainly not a milestone I'll hit in the foreseeable future.

.until you realize that everything is edible. Then you wonder how they did that....

The gear cake would not be particularly difficult, just tremendously time consuming. All the parts are fondant, which is a lot like modeling clay. You'd just roll out the fondant, cut out the gears and stick them on. There are edible metallic paints. I can't think of an occasion to make a steampunk cake. It would be fun, in a masochistic, sugar-rush way.
