I just got this, from someone that I've been emailing on and off (she's putting together a website about the Jews from the town in Poland where my great-grandfather was born, and I'd been giving her some info and pictures.) I'm guessing her email got hacked somehow?
Am in a great sorrow writing you this note, Just wanted inform you about something very important, I could barely think or type straight at this point,i hope you come to my aid. something very terrible is happening to me now,i need a favor from you urgently,I had a trip here in Nigeria for a program. Unfortunately for me all my money got stolen on my way to the hotel where i lodged along with my bag in which I have my passport kept,And since then i have been without any money, i am even owing the hotel here. So i have limited access to emails for now, please i need you to lend me about $2000 so i can make arrangements and return back, I am full of panic now,the police only asked me to write a statement about the incident and directed me to the embassy,i have spoken to the embassy here but they are not responding to the matter effectively, I will return the money back to you as soon as i get home, I am so confused right now.i wasn't injured because I complied immediately. I will be waiting to hear from you so I can send you the western union information to use in sending the money, since i can't access the internet always.
idiots. send your kids to private Christian schools if you want your religion in school so badly.
There is something big on fire in Palo Alto (or maybe Mountain View) that I can see from my window. The smoke is decreasing though, which I hope means it is under control.
Hil, I think yes. That account has been hacked or phished. You might want to email her and let her know.
And yet people are like, "Us poor Christians are being oppressed! You're not letting us inflict our majority view on the minority!"
@@ at them.
Is this a Christian nation or not, people?!?

Full Text Of Newsmax Column Suggesting Military Coup Against Obama
Here is the full text of John L. Perry's column on Newsmax which suggests that a military coup to "resolve the Obama problem" is becoming more possible and is not "unrealistic." Perry also writes that a coup, while not "ideal," may be preferable to "Obama's radical ideal" -- and would "restore and defend the Constitution." Newsmax has since removed the column from its website.

Mainstream--maybe in pervasiveness, but not a major operation. Biased--oh, hell yeah.
We have their magazine front and center at the B&N, right next to Time and Newsweek, and beside the conservative mags.
A quick glance at their front page says "right-wing crackpot" to me - a big splashy Glen Beck promo, and featured blogs by Dr Laura and Rush Limbaugh's brother.
Newsmax thinks it is the RW Media Matters.
It is chock-full of truthiness and Keith Olbermann diva stories.
