Cacophony.  That's pretty.  What's it mean?

Coding and Sleeping

I should point out that the Royals are no longer the worst team in the AL. This could be a good year for them. They even have a shot at not being the worst team in their division.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

The house is mostly my responsibility. I work maybe 20 hours a week - he works closer to 60. Mostly it works. If I worked more, or there were kids involved, it would have to change drastically. But I am not sure how I could convince him to get back in the habit of doing more stuff. Somehow he has forgotten that thing like dishes have to be done everyday.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

It's 3oclock and i wish someone would just put me out of my misery. I can't focus, I'm grouchy, and I've had a ridic amount of caffeine to keep me from planting my face into my keyborad. I also seem to have broken out in hives.

Now tagless for your comfort.

My kids are old enough to pick up their toys but they need direction. You can't just say, "Go pick up your toys" and expect it to be done. Which is what C expects.

The whole thing is very aggravating. I appreciate a weekend away but not if I have more work facing me when I return.

I realize these diamond shoes are too tight but I really want to kick my husband with the pointy end of them at the moment.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh dear Allyson. So BTDT.

I am zinging on caffeine and wishing the grading fairies were here.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thyroid cancer, spread to the lungs. Sparking off a recent conversation in Bitches, apparently they might not tell her mother. Although her mother is likely going to visit her. I'm not sure how they're going to handle that. No decision has been made about treatment, and we're not aware of a prognosis. This is the cousin whose brother was killed at 18 when struck by a bus a few months after their father died, so it'd just be the mother left, and one remaining child if she doesn't make it out clear. I can't imagine.

Our wings are not tired.

Such awful news, ita. Whatever ~ma is needed for your cousin.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

How awful, ita.

sending out the ma~~~, ita. This sounds like a rough one

meara, DH has high standards about how the kitchen should be kept. But somehow he thinks if he makes it sparkle once a month, it will stay that way, even if he leaves dishes in the sink.

eta: Vacations always leave me with extra work. We were gone for a week. The house needed serious cleaning -- and the disaster cat! with expldong hair was home -- and he doesn't clean. But I have gotten an amzing amount done today.
