No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Always Anti-fascist!

Maybe she's a perp. They like to stick close to investigations sometimes.

Trust my rage

Last night, when Frisco was awake from 1:00-3:30AM, I was thinking about exactly what it is that makes some of us perceive Mellie as dumpy (me) and others perceive her as hot.

The main thing that came to mind is I don't think cooking food=hot on TV, especially when you are cooking casseroles and manicotti and stuff. Not sexy. Especially from a show that is trying to hard to sell sex.

But, as mentioned above, others saw cleavage which def. does equal hot.

Well, it's not so much the cooking. . . it's the bringing over entire dishes to somebody clearly not interested and then continuing to do the same thing. Find another idea!

It suggests social maladjustment.

or imprinting in that she has been given a script to follow and can't deviate from it.

That's why I hope it is imprinting.

But it does seem odd that Dollhouse is using two different dolls to keep track of Ballard.

I don't think so. Someone needs to monitor him to see what he's doing and where he's going, who better than the innocuous neighbor with a key to his apartment. But, in order to keep that trust, they need another person to steer him in the wrong direction when/if he gets too close.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Maybe Alpha imprinted her. Or she's working for him. It has been suggested that he has this kind of knowledge.

She reminds me of a cast member of the Truman Show. Like the best friend who would always show up with a six pack, no matter what the situation.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Maybe Alpha imprinted her. Or she's working for him. It has been suggested that he has this kind of knowledge.

I like this idea better than the idea that she's another Active. She'd almost have to be full-time, otherwise she wouldn't be home when Helo called to get his pain medicine. It seems like a rather exorbitant waste of resources on the Dollhouse's part.

How many Actives do they have, anyway? Enough to waste one keeping full time surveillance on Helo?

Well, probably not "A" - anymore.

Do they recruit new actives when if they need to put an active in the attic? I mean, did the previous Sierra did? Or was she put in the attic. (Is being in the attic like begin boxed?)
