TV, movies, web media--this thread is the home for any Joss projects that don't already have their own threads, such as Dr. Horrible.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Nora, they stated in at least two episodes, including this last one that they composite personalities. The hostage negotiator was a chimera, as was Taffy, IIRC.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

t is mollified

(Sorry, it's hot in my office and I have some general pigheaded frustrations with the show which may be leaking out inappropriately)

Dude, I took Joss's letter about Captivity the other day and replaced 'Captivity' with 'Dollhouse'. I may be having the same problem.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

But I think Kevin was saying that they're not always composites, and I don't think we've been told that there are imprints that are 100% one person.

My inferrence from the backup singer one was that she was one person with a subliminal imperative.

Our wings are not tired.

I didn't watch the last episode, and reading the posts hasn't made me feel bad about that.

I'm curious--of the episodes aired to date, which is your favourite? Or least-hated, if you're still watching for testing purposes only?

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

It has been interesting seeing differing perspectives on Dollhouse from people. I follow Twitter a lot, and the general feedback is people love Topher, but opinions are completely mixed about the show. A lot of people hate it. Many love it. The rest seem to like it. This is a good link to keep track: [link]

ita, I like The Target.

I like "The Target" and "Gray Hour" best.

I like Gray Hour best. That one didn't feel like due diligence, like the first and kind of the second.
