Wash: Captain, didn't you know kissin' girls makes you sleepy? Mal: Well sometimes I just can't help myself.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think he'll probably be dead for a while so they can move onto the new Daisy/Quake stuff, and then come back when they need HYDRA again as a villain.

SkyeDaddy deserves a chance to butcher him properly.

I can't remember--Does SkyeDad have powers of his own, aside from his murderous madness? Was he able to touch the obelisk? And would Phil has survived being in the room?

I was talking about this show here at work yesterday, and I mentioned that Nick Fury had been in last year's season finale. "Played by someone other than Samuel Jackson, of course," said the guy I was talking to. "No," I said gleefully, "it was Jackson. If a character shows up, they're played by the usual actor. And if it happens in the show, it's reflected in the movies and vice versa." "Huh," he said, "I may have to watch this now. I heard it was lame."

Oh, forgot to mention - I thought the blue/green light sabers flashlights for Skye and Raina were a nice touch.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm pretty sure Mack's not dead.

It seemed to me like he was back to normal after the Terrigen mist activated.

Does SkyeDad have powers of his own, aside from his murderous madness?

Murderous madness does appear to be his Mr. Hyde power.

So, anyone really up on Secret Warriors know what's good to read to learn more about Daisy/Quake?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

It's like you think he's actually dead. Raise your hand if you think that he's going to be back.

I throw my hands into the air and wave 'em like I just don't care.

I kind of like the idea of the show having an element of The Story of Skye's Two Dads.

edit: You just know there's going to come a point where Dad and Phil are going to have to cooperate.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I'm pretty sure Mack's not dead.

It seemed to me like he was back to normal after the Terrigen mist activated.

That's what I thought, too.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I wonder what happened to Raina?

Wasn't it her that was the amber eye with spiny skin when the obelisk crap started flaking off? Or is that what you meant?

eta And I'll sit on the Pissed Off if Tripp's Really Dead Bench with y'all.

Well, according to Clark Gregg's latest Facebook post, Tripp really is gone. It's a farewell to the actor.
