I throw my hands into the air and wave 'em like I just don't care.

I kind of like the idea of the show having an element of The Story of Skye's Two Dads.
edit: You just know there's going to come a point where Dad and Phil are going to have to cooperate.
I'm pretty sure Mack's not dead.
It seemed to me like he was back to normal after the Terrigen mist activated.
That's what I thought, too.
I wonder what happened to Raina?
Wasn't it her that was the amber eye with spiny skin when the obelisk crap started flaking off? Or is that what you meant?
eta And I'll sit on the Pissed Off if Tripp's Really Dead Bench with y'all.
Well, according to Clark Gregg's latest Facebook post, Tripp really is gone. It's a farewell to the actor.

Yeah, I saw that too. But I don't know enough comics to guess at what that might have meant.

He seemed pretty crumble-y last night. Hard to come back from that.
The crumble was well done. Skey's staring at him, obviously thinking "I came out of the weird black stuff, maybe he can too--oh. God, part of his head just slid off. I guess--maybe not."
And I thought her big "I am not the woman you knew!" transformation shot wasn't too bad, considering the number of power poses I've seen as someone gets turned into something else. The lighting in that section was very nice.
So, anyone really up on Secret Warriors know what's good to read to learn more about Daisy/Quake?
The A.V. Club review recommends (direct quote here): Brian Michael Bendis’ Secret War (the character’s first appearance), Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Warriors, Nick Spencer’s second volume of Secret Avengers, and Ales Kot’s current Bucky Barnes: The Winter Soldier series, which features Daisy as Bucky’s partner.
