That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Finally got to see the last ep, and that was super fun. Nail gun! Exploding Bill Paxton! The Coulson/Fury snarkfest! I'm worried about Fitz, though. I wouldn't have guessed it at the beginning of the season, but FitzSimmons are probably my favorite characters now, and I'm totally sold on their relationship. I'll be very curious to see how different the dynamic might be between them if Fitz is no longer able to keep up with Simmons intellectually.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

There's been speculation that if the blue alien is Kree, the compulsive writing is caused by a connection to the Kree Supreme Intelligence.

Lady Sif specifically told Coulson that the Kree had never visited Earth, nor any of the blue species of alien. But she could be wrong, of course. Or maybe it's a different blue alien.

Every time I hear Kree, I think of Stargate SG-1 and the Jaffa.

I think they should make a thing of Patton Oswalt being at every secret base they encounter. And never explain it.

I want this.

I was so-so on the show until the last couple episodes, but now I'm looking forward to Season 2. The Coulson/Fury Snark Show never gets old. Neither does May kicking ass. They better not kill or otherwise diminish Fitz! Just no. I'm sure we'll see Ward again, but I can't imagine how they'd redeem him after all this. I expect him to be a Big Bad.

I'd sort of like to see some Ward-Deathlok/Mike interaction, where they share different sides to the "I did bad things for what seemed reasonable reasons at the time" discussion. Of course, Mike has all sorts of moral high ground over Ward, but Mike is also the only person who might give Ward any kind of hearing. "They were going to kill my son if I didn't cooperate. I think that trumps a father figure that you didn't want to disappoint. There's the whole enthusiasm factor involved, as well."

Unlikely to happen, but Ward's not going to be locked up forever.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

They can always pull Ward out and let May kick him around some more ... I think I might pay to see that.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

H and I missed a few eps in the middle there, where it got slow, and never picked it up again after Cap2 came out. Does anybody have news on where/when the season will be available to watch streaming? On Demand only has the last handful of eps, and we missed more than those.

I know, we of little faith, right?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Every time I hear Kree, I think of Stargate SG-1 and the Jaffa.

Me, too. Then I start imagining how the two teams would reach to each other. The Daniel + FitzSimmons gabfest would be epic.

I watched Stargate Atlantis. May and Teyla, sparring. Skye nearby, saying "Teach me your wisdom!"

I would pretty much pay to see May kick anyone around. Hell, I'd tune in for 42 minutes of May kicking people around. Talk about appointment TV.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

The Daniel + FitzSimmons gabfest would be epic.

And then Sam would join them... a perfect storm of geekery and brilliance.

Heh. Although I can't see Jack O'Neill being all that impressed with Coulson's managerial skills. He would not have been all starry-eyed about Skye, that's for sure. But he'd like May a LOT.
