Teppy-font: The Phil and Nick Sass The Bad Guy Show was worth the price of admission. And Phil got to yell at Fury! Phil looked so flummoxed when Fury said he did use TAHITI to save an Avenger. So Ward wasn't redeemed by love. And Skye's call of May's takedown was lovely. Do we think Garrett really is dead? And I think he was right about he and Phil being blood brothers. Phil's alive and OK, but not quite as he was.

Oh and does this mean the Avengers are going to find out Phil's alive sometime soon?

And Bill! We haven't lost him!

Can season 2 just be Fury and Coulson being smartasses? I would watch that.

Well, you should have (Teppy-fonted for her protection) Patton Oswalt in there somewhere if you want smartass. Glad to see him back.

You think they might have warned his guard they considered it a possibility (I was pretty sure I saw a dead guard there by the box). However -

More: The callbacks were excellent, especially the big ass gun, and Fitz saying "It's a SHIELD frequency, no one's listening to it." Oh, but someone is!

And Fury obviously has some sort of organization going, to supply the chopper and med crews etc.

I wonder how much ULTRON runup they'll be doing.

I loved that Coulson knew what the gun did. And the final takedown was very Jossian in its undercutting of bombasticness.

The final shot of the new team was a sharp contrast to the old team: only one white guy now.

I would love it if we never saw Ward again. That's more fitting than any half-assed redemption arc.

I'm with Connie. If Patton is back (yay!), then there is some sort of structure in place, right?

This was my favorite episode ever, I have to say. I too hope that we get more of this next season.
