Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That is hysterical, Scola, but that link fails for me.

The repish theatre near me is showing Purple Rain next Friday midnight. I'm kinda tempted. I already couldn't go to the cemetery screening of it a few weeks ago, and that was majorly pissing me off.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Do I want the English subtitles or the English "narrative" subtitles for Let the Right One In?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

you want the ones from the theatrical release. I'm not sure which ones those are.

I'm appalled by the shoes he's wearing with that suit.

Well, hopefully they are different from each other: [link]

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

My Let the Right One In DVD has these English subtitle options:

  • English Subtitles
  • English Subtitles (Theatrical)
  • English Narrative Subtitles

You want the English Subtitles (Theatrical). If your disk doesn't have that option, I've heard that the "English (dubbed)" option is closest to the original theatrical subtitles.

eta: You can tell by looking at the case - if it has the Theatrical subtitles, it'll say "Subtitles: English (Theatrical)" below the "R Restricted" thing.
