I've never heard of "Jesse James Meets Frankenstein's Daughter."
I have it on DVD. It was a gift. Shut up.
I like how that write-up mentions that Lupton was a couple of years older than Jesse James was when he died, like

Oh god, what was that summer camp movie from the 70's or 80's where one of the female characters turns out to be a guy or a hemaphrodite? Childhood mental scars are resurfacing.
I think it was one of the Friday the 13th sequels.
I remember
Sleepaway Camp
!
I watched
Rachel Getting Married
last night and am not quite sure what to think of it other than that it was terribly long. Anyone else see it?

all the way through but my impression was that it was so much like real family drama it was no fun at all. I think most of the praise was for Hathaway far exceeding expectations.
Ah, yes, the psychic trauma, I must share it: [link]
I laughed hysterically on watching that, but I'm sure I'll have nightmares of his face.
Thanks, Megan--I think that post was the reason I stuck it in my queueueueue. I agree with your summation and actually Hathaway's range really surprised me. I became very bored with the endless music during the reception - my major complaint with the film.
