Well, a gathering is brie, mellow song stylings; shindig, dip, less mellow song stylings, perhaps a large amount of malt beverage, and hootenanny, well, it's chock full of hoot, just a little bit of nanny.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And they would also learn that Reefer Madness the Musical the Movie exists, which is never a bad thing to learn.

I've seen Reefer Madness, but I didn't know she could sing at Frozen level. Damn, girl.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I miss those days.

No kidding. I need to watch Velvet Goldmine on an actual screen, instead of in my head while I listen to the soundtrack. It's just hard to find the uninterrupted time alone for it.

Wasn't she also in the off-Broadway cast before they filmed the musical?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I was surprised at how adorable and funny I found the snowman to be - I was bracing myself to be grinding my teeth at him. But "doing whatever cold things do in summer" completely won me over.

We died at "I don't have a skull. Or bones!" He's just so matter-of-fact!

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I've heard naught but good about Frozen. Am definitely planning on seeing it.

Also miss Velvet Goldmine.

"Oh no! Has falling sky liquid once again caused you the sadness?" -Starfire

Did anyone else notice the reindeer with his tongue stuck to the ice stairs when Anna and Kristoff slide past? It was such a throwaway moment, but it was so funny! I thought for sure they'd pan back to him, but they never did!

I love Frozen so much! I actually had no desire to see it because the snowman looked extremely annoying, but I ended up really liking him.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

We're watching "Room 237", which is all about these crazy-ass conspiracies people have about "The Shining." My favorite one so far (spoilers!) is the guy who believes the movie is about Kubrick's experience faking the Apollo moon landing footage for the U.S. government.

He supplanted my previous favorite, the guy who said it was about the massacre of the Native Americans.

Because books.

I keep meaning to watch that.
