Okay, I read wikipedia, I saw 2 of the end credit scenes. One happens nearly immediately after the movie ends. Then, a scene comes at the dead end of the movie.

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.
According to wikipedia, there are three different post-credit scenes.
It's like Wolverine Cookies: Clue Edition.
Yeah, and there are three different last scenes. And hmm, wikipedia's been updated since I looked at it yesterday. I wonder if the previous info was based on the leaked print. Anyway, here's wikipedia's description of the three variations:
Depending on which theater the movie was shown in, one of three possible endings then appear following the credits. The first only depicts Weapon XI's hand reaching out from the rubble of the nuclear complex to touch his severed head, whereupon the head comes to life and makes a brief hushing sound before the scene fades to black; breaking the fourth wall like the Deadpool comics. The second alternate ending shows Weapon XI going to grab his head, similar to the first ending, but then a man in a black coat steps on the arm, stopping Weapon XI, and picks up the head. The camera then turns around and it is Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds ) who then asks "What the hell are you supposed to be?" The third alternate scene shows Wolverine drinking at a bar in Japan. The female bartender asks if he is drinking to forget; Wolverine replies that he's drinking to remember.
oh that's bullshit. I did get the worst one.
I'm such a geek--I just splurged and got a ticket to the IMAX Star Trek on Thursday night!
It's been so long since I've seen a movie in the theater that I figured what the hell.
So my neighbor, who is 6 and went as yellow-spandex Wolverine for Halloween last year, really wants to go see the movie. He asked me if I'd take him (apparently the fact that I was the only adult who correctly identified his costume stuck).
I said I'd have to get permission from his parents. And there's no way I'm taking my own kid.
And the whole conversation in here about looking to other adults for abetting made me laugh wryly.
There's a lot more violence and killing than I'd be comfortable letting a 6 year-old see, even if the vast majority of it was miraculously free of blood.
This looks pretty neat--a trailer for a fan-made 40-minute long film called The Hunt for Gollum, which is now available for viewing online (follow the link below the trailer).
Just finished watching the film--quite good indeed!! For 3000 pounds, they got a lot of movie on the computer monitor.
I did not know about this:
Guy Ritchie directing a Sherlock Holmes movie with Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes, Jude Law as Watson, and Rachel McAdams as Irene Adler.
I like Guy's movies. I love Holmes. I think I'll take a chance on this.
