Fair warning, Lillian only sometimes is able to sleep in her own bed all night. (And had a huge regression at 3 when we moved to where I thought she'd never leave the bed again.) We heap her with praise when she does, though.

I just don't have time for this until December. Let me get the flu around Christmas, that's fine. I have a massive project at work that I have to get done in November.

there is no better feeling than that first shower after surgery. Not only are you dealing with the aftermath of surgery, you feel all gross.
I have no advice for Hec and JZ. We totally caved on the sleeping-with-the-'rents front. While Frances usually sleeps by herself all night, Isaac crawls into our bed roughly 4 nights out of 5. And he's a lot of kid to have in bed.
When we were still in our 1 bedroom in LA we eventually put our bedroom in the living room because it was the only way any of us were going to get any decent type of sleep.
JZ - can you and Hec take the smaller room E is in and he and Matilda can share the other?
