What does one do with apple or pumpkin butter?
Put it on toast, english muffins, biscuits (American usage of the term), pancakes, waffles, crepes, cornbread, etc. Nom nom nom.

I think "apple jelly" implies a jelling action usually involving pectin. Not sure about the jam thing.

Oh! That reminds me. I need some small nice-ish bottles for the cherry liqueur I made this summer for x-mas gifting and I'm striking out finding them. I can find larger ones or tiny ones but I hoping for something in the 8 oz range with a cork or screwtop lid. Or one of those hinge ones like the Grolsch bottles. Anyone have ideas? I've been to Pier 1, World Market, Bed Bath, KMart.
