It'll help PC if you have a rough timeline to keep you in check. So know that x amount of slides will cover fifteen minutes, and you can digress or take some questions as you get to the end of each fifteen minute (or 30, or however you slice it) block so that you don't get too ahead of yourself.
That way you can build some brakes into your talk. And you're dealing with discrete chunks that are easier to manage.
discrete chunks
God, I love it when people use this word correctly. Yum.
Discreet chunks: when you don't want your date to know you're throwing up in the bathroom.
Heh. Yeah, the phrase "Discreet chunks" took me to a vomit place as well...
Steph's "Yum." indicates she did not go to the same place we did.

Yeah, that's the plan. Or at least it was the plan when I had more time to prepare. Now I'm not sure how long everything takes. But as I practice it again, I'll try to figure it out.

"Yum" was my appreciativeness at the apt use of a word that is WAY too often overlooked for its contextually inappropriate homophone.

Right there with ya, Tep.
contextually inappropriate homophone
I'm all happy when homophones are used correctly! It was just the visual image I got, combined with your Yum... and I snickered.
I am so busy at work, and yet so damn bored!
